I was double booked and double charged and money has been deducted from my account. I had to make a few phone calls after noticing that my money was gone twice.
However, people I spoke to assured me that the finance department will investigate and refund.
I received an email that says I will be refunded but still waiting for the refund so that I enjoy this holiday. How do you make someone pay for the same holiday twice?

Hi,
We have bed bugs in our hotel room. I have proof of this and my girlfriend has been bitten severely.
She can't stop itching herself, she has bites all over her body. The hotel has changed our room and took our clothes to sanatise. However our holiday is basically ruined.
My girlfriend cannot enjoy anything as she's always itching herself and it's unbearable. We paid a lot of money for this and the fact that it's now ruined and we can't enjoy it anymore is a massive problem for us.

I went on holiday with my sister on the 19/4/24 to the VERAMAR Hotel in Fuengirola the hotel was lovely But the hotel had no satellite tv and the programmes were only in Spanish so we went to the customer service desk and were told there is no English programmes No Satellite Also no bars were open it was too early in the season we were self catering But there was No kitchen utensils and only one ring on the top microwave did not work properly there was a fridge no crockery except 3 plates and 2 Bowles we asked at the reception and were told that they would sort it But never did The hotel was too far away from the main front of Fuengirola to walk so it cost us 6Euros each way twice a day because we needed a rest in the afternoon it was a very costly holiday we were eating out everyday There was no entertainment at all we were very disappointed in the holiday and it was not worth the price £752.05 we are asking for a refund of our money paid to you the booking reference is MYB1294****B at the Hotel VERAMAR our holiday dates 19/4/24 To 26/4/24 I would also like to let you know the manager of the hotel was very unhelpful todays date 3/5/24

Im really annoyed with OnThe Beach The holiday was a total disaster I have tried to phone but it says CALLS TO THIS NUMBER (my number) ARE BARRED this is not acceptable I am only doing what most people would do it was a terrible experience
- No entertainment would recommend a different hotel
- Not a lot to see very quiet not a lot happening here
- Hotel is a long walk to the beach front and bars

When I made a deposit of £60 they sent out the paperwork and the monthly payments of how much it is each month to find out they tried taking 2 payments from my account one on the 9th and 10th April and both payments that they tried to take was over the amount on the paperwork and now on my holiday booking app my payments have gone up with out a call, text or an email to explain the reason why and they no longer have a customer service number its all done on the app live chat and even then it dont give you the option for your reason of why your contacting them

I booked a holiday with on the beach expecting them to complete the transaction completely? However, I was then told to book the flights with a card they sent. This card was not AUTHORISED so haven't been able to book the flight which has lost me £24 reduction.
Please I've tried to contact them but can't if anyone can help.

I have two holidays booked, one fully paid. I accidentally paid £800 off the holiday that was already paid.
It was not transferred to the other booking. Can't get in touch with them at all. All numbers are not in service.
The online help doesn't have any way to transfer the money. Fed up.
