On the Beach Team. I am writing this regarding the experience witnessed and received from your company and holiday that we booked through yourselves to be nothing more than an absolute shambles from start to finish. How can you take peoples money and expect them to enjoy there holiday when the attached pictures and below issues is a daily presence? 1- Arrived at the hotel and was taken to our room which i would not of put cattle into it, AC barely keeping the room cold, furniture all bashed and the room carpeted but stains all over it. 2- Straight away contacted the front desk and asked for the REP to be contacted so we can move hotels and there was NO REP to be contactable, after chasing the hotel front desk 2-3 times that day for a update we were then told to contact ON THE BEACH direct which I done by telephone calls for over an hour and after 15 mins each time got cut off and disconnected. This was also followed up with online request to which the hotel did not receive either and your website says the hotel would be contacted regarding the request. 3- The condition of the décor and hotel internals is an absolute pig sty to say the least, see attached pictures and let me know if you would stay in this?? Our room was not dusted once in 2 weeks there and you could of written your name on the dust lying on the furniture. The chair in the room was so badly stained we would not even put clothes on it. 4- The food that is available for breakfast , lunch and dinner is not edible and puts your ALL INCLUSIVE statement to shame to say the least, not one meal did we have in this hotel which added cost to our holiday eating out for meals each day. 5- There is ONLY one camera which is located in the front desk for the WHOLE hotel premises, there is an abundance of kids on holiday and security and safety for this premises is rock bottom. 6- There is not a Manager allocated for this hotel to contact for any issues at all, this was asked several times until they finally told me the hotel does not have a manager just a sales person and its all family staffed to which several of them are not fit for purpose. 7- The Wi-Fi in the hotel was only available if you came out your room and went to the hotel lobby to log into it, and then if you got logged on that was a bonus. 8- While lying at the poolside the food, litter and often broken glass is a daily occurrence and you are expected to just walk past this with often kids running about in bare feet and jumping into the water, absolutely disgusting. This holiday for all the number of years we have travelled to various hotels in Marmaris is by far the worst ever experienced and for the price paid for this holiday and what was available on return and experience is an absolute insult, contacting ON THE BEACH by telephone from abroad and now at home is an absolute disgrace how you are treating the customers. This above and more is away to be posted onto various trip advisors and feefo etc warning future customers. I will be trying AGAIN to get through on the phone today, yesterday it was tried 4 times with the que being 99 people waiting and an 88 min waiting time?? I also attempted LinkedIn as well and still no response or reply which seems to be the normal process for this un-professional outfit. I await your response on this complaint and what will be done regarding this.

Need help with a booking for a holiday that we go on in july this year

When i booked my holiday every week I would pay some money off my mi they payments so at the date it was due I had nearly paid for it but last few months it hasn't let me keeps saying g oops lost connection but I hadn't so I wondered if there was an automatide payment line where I can pay money Weekley has i get paid weekly and find this easier regards Joanne young

Problem resolved

On the beach accepted their website was misleading and offered to refund the resort tax. Were happy with this outcome

Flight details

A problem of inbound flight to the wrong airport has now been resolved very quickly and with thanks. I would recommend using on the beach this is my second time with the company everything easy done on line although had to wait a longtime to talk to someone on the phone before our problem was resolved we are now looking forward to booking our summer holidays
