I want to book an holiday but cant its not giving me the option to book 2 bedroom apartments
I need to talk to an agent so they can confirm the booking. Ive always used on the beach and been very happy in the past but this time I cant get what I want.

Because. I wont book the holiday because its not giving me the option

Appalling. I had a £40 rebooking credit added to my account.

I went to book a holiday for aug 2026 and the credit has vanished. I want to know why and request it be put back on my account.

Used online chat and before I could finish answer they cancelled my chat and I was nearly at the end of finding out what had happened to the credit. I would be grateful if someone could email me on juliemoreton1972@***.com asap

Company is fine, the deals etc BUT very difficult to to even contact via message & impossible to speak to an advisor.

The messaging system is a ball ache, & there is no way to speak to an adviser, its frustrating beyond belief!! After I did a live chat the advisor ended the chat as I didnt respond I have evidence proving I did! Felt like throwing my fone up a wall!!!
